I personally can’t think of a more boring career than that of driving instructor but my brother just told me last night that he is thinking of becoming a driving instructor. I remember watching a BBC documentary about driving instructor training schools and the basics of it was that you were paying a lot of money for the course, and ended up working for a low salary. Still, I guess he should do whatever makes him happy.
He has always been a bit boring, and reminds me of Peter from family guy lol.. so I guess he will make a good driving instructor. He seemed really excited about it so I am please for him.
Which reminds me, I need to buy a new car, the 4 x 4 I have at the moment is falling apart. Maybe I should become a driving instructor too?
I came across a fantastic blog tonight called scholarships for high school seniors 101 and decided that my cousin should carry on her quest for a college education. Previously, we had thought that it was just too expensive for her to get a college education, but now I am feeling confident that she might be able to go through with it. There seems to be hundreds of companies and government bodies that offer financial support for students, so there is no need to struggle with the cost. She is such a good girl, she really deserves the best start in life so I hope her dreams come true and she can get the right level of financial aid to enable her to undertake further studies. She is very clever, and it would be a real shame to waste her brain on a dead end job. Well, its movie night for me and the kids, so we are going to get some snacks, watch a movie, and then get an early night. Busy day at the office tomorrow! Thanks for all your support thus far.
This may sound horrible to some of you; I mean a man should love his wife no matter what, right? But there is something about my wife’s body that really bothers me – her cellulite! I still love her of course, but it would be great for our relationship if she could tone up her thighs a little, so I have been researching how to get rid of cellulite for a while now, and think I have come up with the perfect solution.
She is up for trying out this cellulite treatment too, as she has been asking how to get rid of cellulite on thighs for a long time, so it would make both of us happy if this treatment works. It is a cream that has been all over the magazines and television; I just hope that the claims made by people are true. Although it was expensive, I am happy to pay anything if it improves her body, and I know it will make her happy too, not just me.
I have to go and sleep now as I have a big day tomorrow, and am working on a new design for the club. Hope to see you all in the bar for a drink soon.
So last week my best friend the jay bird got caught cheating on his girlfriend. She actually caught them at it in their shared house just south of the beach. Needless to say, she went mental and broke up with him. The funny thing is, that suddenly he has had a change of heart and realised what he is missing, and now wants to find out how to get your girlfriend back fast. He has been reading for hours and spent loads of money on ebooks and courses trying to win her back. I told him that he just needs some old fashioned masculinity, but what do I know!
After much nagging from my wife, I finally caved in. To be completely fair, I have been complaining about my back pain for a long time now, so she has probably just had enough of it. She told me that I had to buy an inversion table no questions asked. I was a bit reluctant, as I am not sure if they work or not, and will feel a bit silly using them, but I have read a lot of positive feedback about it online. Luckily we have a large beach property here so there is no shortage or space, so I was able to buy the quite bulky ironman inversion table as this looked really cool and had the best reviews.
It is a lovely sunny day here, I have just had my online shopping fix, and life certainly is good! I have not got much to complain about really, so am just putting all my energy into making sure that I am in good condition before the club opens.
Hopefully the new club will make me a very rich man – fingers crossed please.
My little brother has been out of work for about 18 months now. I was chatting to him online last night and he was telling me about his new plan to enter the world of gainful employment. He has decided he wants to become a video game tester and has started looking online for vacancies. He has enlisted my help as I am a bit of an expert at finding things online. He has always loved playing video games, and is of the opinion that you might as well get paid for doing something you love. I agree with him on this, although not sure how easy it will be to become a games tester.
I started by searching online for all the games publishers phone numbers and email addresses, the plan is that he will call them and send a copy of his resume and see how far that gets him. Most games publishers don’t seem to advertise their video game tester job vacancies online, and obviously it is a very competitive field to find work in. It seems like there are limitless amounts of teenagers who view this as their dream job and are trying to get into the games industry.
We will keep looking, and of course I wish him the best of look, but something tells me that he is going to struggle to fulfil his ambition of becoming a video game tester.
It is my sons fifth birthday next week and me and my wife have been racking our brains trying to think of what we can buy him for his birthday. My wife came up with the idea of getting buying a couple of inflatable bouncers for the garden, as we know he really loves them. He was on the inflatable bouncer at his friend’s birthday party for hours the other week, so we are certain he is going to love it.
We are not sure at the moment what bounce house to get; it is between a blast zone or a little tikes inflatable bouncer. They both have good reviews online, so we will have to wait and see which one we end up buying.
They only cost $200 each so it is a pretty low priced gift, hopefully he is going to go crazy when he goes out into the garden and sees a massive bouncy castle set up there! I think I will probably have a go on it myself. I will post up the pictures and links once I have received the delivery, so if there are any other parents out there thinking about buying an inflatable bouncers, it will give you a good idea of what to expect.
